Arrived as arranged to view/price work, quote received in good time. Booked on 20th October 2024 for work to commence 18th November 2024. Messaged Ryan on 17th to check times etc. after clearing the area of white goods and current flooring. I received a text reply saying, apologies delayed on another job and now fully booked until the end of January 2025. Very disappointing. So I guess had I not messaged, Ryan would have just not turned up.

Incredible work ethic, professional,polite, respectful of your property and quality of work is fantastic. He will always leave the job site clean and tidy. He had to rip up the original floor that was down twenty years and provide us with a new porcelain floor with much better floor insulation. He completed the whole job on time. Communication was great all through the job, again excellent work done and what a lovely person. Thankyou so much.

WOW you blew us away from quote to finish.. You took the stress out of it ALL! Went above and beyond. And surpassed even our high standards. Thank you SO MUCH for making our vision a reality.. We have already gotten so much pleasure out of our courtyard .. Ryan's work ethic is exceptional and I cannot recommend him enough for any work you need doing! We were let down so many times by contractors just not quoting or actually booking the job in and cancelling. But Ryan stuck to everything he said, and came through for us tenfold! Get RDM creations in for the job, you won't be sorry..

Ryan was on time. Gave me a reasonable quote. Finished the job quickly, and even fixed a bad tiling job In the toilet. He’s a legend! And worth every penny! Would recommend

RDM was reliable and responsive the tiling is the best tiling I have had done over the many years and many tile jobs completed for me. Clean tidy and exactly as requested. Attention to detail top class.
