Kitchen sink was leaking due to misaligned pipe fittings. Engineer arrived on schedule, job done quickly and with the minimum of mess. Cost pretty much as expected (labour, no parts). I called Danny late on a Friday night given my tenants had reported the CO alarm going off and the gas supply had been isolated to be on the safe side.
