  Rental house update work

  Great work as usual from Russ and Will. Have been using them for years for many different jobs, large and small. (House refurb, Painting, plumbing, Bricklaying, partioning) The have always done a great job and would/ have recomended them to many people

  Kitchen diner wall knocked through

  New roof tiles, guttering, removal of rendering, cladding, removal of waste,

  Devastated with the state Russell left us in. A job that should have been 4 weeks took him 10 (then extra by some else). He only worked 12-4pm most days and some days didn’t turn up at all! He lied about the scaffolding company wanting money from us, completely ruined the front garden with his waste, left nails on my neighbours drive regularly, seriously water damaged our back door because it took so long for him to fit guttering, left the roof half done so it leaked in two rooms. Said he was ill, took time off and became un contactable. The stress that he put us under is unforgivable.

  Converting ensuite bathroom into living space

  Russel and Will did an excellent job, they are obviously very experienced, very professional, helpful, polite, understanding, responsive over the phone. They carefully explained everything they did and also gave very valuable advice about possible future work related to the job. They left the area nice and tidy, took great care of the surroundings of the construction. In every decision they made I felt that the quality of the job was their only consideration. The price was exactly as in the quote. I can only very highly recommend them.

  Boundary wall rebuild

  Our boundary wall had been damaged and RD Pope were brilliant at every stage of the process - from their initial visit and quotation, right through to the end of the job. Of all the quotes we had, theirs was the most competitive and they also made recommendations that also strengthened the wall. They were very prompt, polite, tidy and kept us informed throughout. We'd definitely recommend them and will use them again in future.
