  I can’t recommend Ritchie highly enough. He recently fitted our gas log burner, built a false wall, and installed feature lighting, and the finished result is absolutely fantastic. Not only is his workmanship first class, but he’s also a genuinely lovely lad who is incredibly helpful from start to finish. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and if any challenges come up, he doesn’t see them as problems—he finds solutions.   Got Richie to install new wood burner,from initial assessment to completion of job nothing was too much trouble for him,turned up on time,always communicated through out the job and place left tidy,complete job done to a excellent standard and I couldn’t recommend him more highly

  I would highly recommend RDS Property Maintenance. Richie has completed a variety of jobs for us, including fitting a log burner, plastering, repairing flooring, repointing brickwork, and repairing our garage roof. Every job has been completed to a very high standard. Richie takes great pride in his work, pays attention to detail, and always does an excellent job.
