Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. Supplied the replacement cover and promptly repaired. Hassle free and overall completed perfectly. I would use RDT again if needed and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Hard working and efficient, very personable and transparent. Same price as competitors. I would Recommend. Had more comprehensive equipment in the van, meaning more likely to be able to solve your issue. I had previously had Drain Defenders out who failed to clear the blockage. In hindsight (after seeing RDT Drains work) it turns out they didn't bring the correct hose to get into the gully, and had not attempted to feed it through the swan neck by hand (but still charged).

Following the previous investigatory work a week prior, the rat gate was fitted and the noises of rodent activity stopped the same day. Great success!

Turned up when he said he would. Was polite, respectful and thorough, with expertise to trace down the likely ingress point. Coming back in a week to provide a fix! Was worried it was going to be a complicated job and while it was, he worked through it and kept the costs down by only recommending required solutions. He even fixed my gutter downpipe while he was there. Thank you very much!
