I stupidly left key in lock as I walked out of the door, after calling several 24/7 locksmiths saying they couldn’t help and weren’t able to help. GR did and were with me in 30 mins and the door open in 15 with no damage! Yes it was expensive for a 15 minute job, but it could’ve taken longer

Was locked out whilst I was getting the shopping out of the car, Ray attended and helped open the door without any damage whatsoever. Very polite and courteous

Had an issue with my lock, called react attended within the hour. Really happy with the service would definitely recommend.

They came out to a leak on pipe in airing cupboard. They looked and said could see no leak which was odd, but they took ceiling down in room below and floorboards up in next room, still said could not find a leak. After all this messing about an hour had elapsed and they said the charge was £180 and if I wanted them to keep looking for the leak it would be a further £180 per hour. I gave them the CASH as requested, did not get a receipt or invoice and they left. I now have hole in ceiling, carpet and floorboard up. Got another plumber in who spotted the leak immediately and did repaired.

Carl , arrived on time and had an initial problem in that the external waste drain could was not known. He investigate all the drainage around the property and found the correct one. Once found the blockage, tree roots, were quickly located and removed. He also double checked the upstairs waste was ok and cleared a minor blockage as well. I can highly recommend them.
