Caused damage (foot through ceiling) which was never repaired
Plumber came to fix pressure vessel in loft, put foot through ceiling. Promised to get it fixed - never did! Months of chasing up, but still not fixed. Tradesperson was young lad, obviously inexperienced, had numerous problems doing the job, but I was and sympathetic and supportive (we've all had days like that). His boss it the real problem: should have repaired the ceiling by now, but instead ignores my attempt to contact him. Leaves it to his young employees to manage, which they seem unable to do.
