RMS did an outstanding job fixing our boiler. Matt was on time, very tidy, and incredibly professional. The service was reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges. Highly recommend RMS for their reliable and honest service

What a knowledgeable guy, came on time, diagnosed problem, proved the problem, showed me the problem and advised the solution. Couldn’t have asked for much more really 10/10

Matthew was prompt, polite and carried out the service efficiently. Advised me on what was needed with the next service and patiently answered my questions on the heating system operation.

Boiler broke down just before Christmas. They attended in an evening same day, didn’t charge an extortionate call out charge, temporarily fixed it and returned to fit a new control board. They didn’t charge a mark up on parts as I offered to collect them myself to ensure fitting in time for Christmas as they were extremely busy and kind enough to fit us in before the Christmas shut down. They arrived as planned, completed works and I cannot thank them enough.

On 21st December I contacted Reactive Mechanical Services as my boiler was leaking, I knew it was a long shot being so close to Christmas, but Matt came out that very evening at 8:30 to look at it to see what the problem was. He managed to source the part (it was a diverter valve) and by 23rd December my boiler was fixed and we had heating again just in time for Christmas. The service was second to none. Matt came highly recommended to me and I can see why.

The engineer was polite and friendly, he was very thorough making sure everything worked and was safe. He carried out the job efficiently and in a timely manner. Would definitely use this company again.
