Started off professional — detailed quote, good communication. Then Alan from Reactive Roofing changed agreed dates, made constant excuses (weather, staff, scaffolding), and ultimately stopped responding entirely. Scaffolding sat on my property for 4 weeks, unused and unsafe. I had to get it removed myself. Now I’m left without a roofer and no timeline for repairs. Unreliable, unprofessional, and completely unaccountable. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely quick response to email enquiry, came out same day to give quote. Very helpful and reliable. Job done very quickly and I’m so pleased with the work.

Alan was highly recommended to me by a friend after work was undertaken on her roof - I contacted Alan and arranged for him to call and look at the job. He arrived exactly when he said he would and we talked through the options. A week later one of his teams arrived - quietly stripped the old felt, repaired patches of rot and replaced the felt. The guys undertook the work were very professional and focused, they were very polite and respectful and very tidy - they left removing all the old felt and tidied up. I would highly recommend Alan and his team - thank you Alan for a good job.
