Oak Framed porch with toughened glass with side pannels
It is over 12 months since the deposit was paid and the work has still not been started. After contacting John numerous times asking for details of when the work would start we asked him on the 20/09/24 to confirm that it would be completed by the end of September otherwise we'd like the deposit returning. On the 02/10/24 he agreed to return the deposit if we good wait until 07/10/24 which we agreed to. The deposit was not retuned, on the 30/10/24 we asked him to confirm it would be paid by the end of next week, which he agree to and the deposit still hasn't been returnedVerified reviewerJob location: BD1310 Builder

Condensation in the living room
I live in a grade 2 listed building. Earlier this year I noticed wet marks and salt patches in my living room. I could not get to the bottom of the issue. So I decided to use checkatrade to find an expert who could help me. I was contacted my John. After a few initial photos and a site visit, John explained it that salting was due to moisture was coming in and the stone needed to be repointed. Fast forward a few weeks later, John and Ben have fixed the wall! The section is now a lovely feature wall which exposes the original stone. Trust John. He has an idea and dedication to the job shows!Verified reviewerJob location: HD99 Builder

Wall and Chimney Breast Removal
Knocked down a wall and chimney breast. Had the whole thing replastered and put support beams in place as well as completely cleaning the place after and even fitting spare flooring in out of courtesy. Would definitely recommend.Verified reviewerJob location: HX29.5 Brick / Concrete Structural Repairs
