Said they would evidence work carried out (on roof so am unable to look at directly) and then don't so I still don't know whether it's been done. They promised to come and do so and then just ignore my messages and calls. Became defensive and hostile when a loose tile fell off the roof just days after they "did" the work saying it wasn't anything to do with them (even though part of our agreement had been for them to replace any loose tiles). Hassle you for money promising they'll return to complete the job and then refuse to do so.
