  Drive way repair

  Ryan has done a great job at my property replacing the broken concrete at my drive entrance. Was very professional, clean and tidy. Would recommend.

  Small retaining wall

  Ryan did a great job - understood exactly what was required, didnt try to make it more complicated than necessary and completed the work efficiently and with minimal disruption. The finished job looks good, and the site was left tidy

  Install new 30m fence and remove old one

  I am extremely happy that I chose Real Developments. The fence looks fantastic and working with Ryan was a pleasure. He’s friendly, reliable and nothing was too much trouble. He’s went out of his way to make sure every requirement was met. Highly recommend.

  Re-laying path and trenching for electricity conduit

  Ryan replaced the path around our house and dug a trench for an electricity cable to connect to our garage. The work was done to a high standard and in line with the original quote. The site was left clean and tidy at the end and he was very easy to communicate with throughout. He is also a very polite and friendly person to have around.

  Ryan is a dedicated and hard working contractor. He is very detailed and great at keeping me up to date with times and details. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend to anyone needing groundworks
