  Review from company

George completed the painting work to a good standard and the finished office looks great. However, I found communication difficult at times. There were several occasions where additional costs were introduced after the initial quote, and I felt there was a tendency to be quite demanding throughout the project. Whilst I'm happy with the quality of the work, the overall customer experience could have been handled more professionally, Id recommend confirming the price and payment method before booking in the job.

Response from Realise Property Maintenance Ltd

Thanks for your review. The full extent of works was not clearly shown on initial contact. Two smaller offices were not visible on the video. We've only added £150 for those, which was very heavily discounted. The actual rate would be £300. The rest was as agreed initially. Communication was as good as positive under the circumstances. We agreed to move the many furniture as a gesture of good will but then encountered some other people, putting some desks together who forbid us from moving those said desks. We were really annoyed with this. Shouldn't agreed to move anything in first place

Painting bathroom and hallway walls, ceiling, pipes and skirting board. Excellent service.

They gave rooms that were in poor condition a brilliant makeover quickly.

  Fast, good value

George and his father were able to start the day after we met to firm up the initial quote and conclude the contract, which was a clear advantage over their competition. George also arranged the scaffolding for a reasonable price. The job was painting three sides of a Victorian end of terrace, with two coats. They worked 15 hours over three days and carried out the work to a very good standard. The fourth day the scaffolders removed the the scaffolding and the job was complete. They took care to protect the parked cars with plastic sheets. Would recommend.

Painting walls and ceiling of living room and kitchen

They did high quality and very tidy work. It was completed on time and they were a pleasure to deal with throughout. Good communication and helpful suggestions where necessary.
