  Boiler repair

  Fantastic. Michael arrived promptly, was unfailingly polite and most impressively he had a real desire to find and fix the fault and ensure all other aspects of the boiler were in top condition too. He was incredibly conscientious in every aspect of the job including clean up, you wouldn’t even know anyone had been. He not only managed to fix it but restored it to working like new!

  Reinstating hot water supply.

  This company has dealt with a number of emergency jobs for us including dealing with a substantial leak in the water tank and reinstating the water supply. The jobs are not always straightforward as we are based in an old commercial building. There is always a quick response. Michael is always punctual and polite and is happy to go through the cause of the problem and explain what work he has carried out. I would highly recommend this company as competent and reliable.

  Fix gas leak.

  Michael has always been very friendly and informative. Gives great advice and a pleasure to have over to perform work. He came out at short notice and although a simple but fiddly job he wouldn't go until he was 100% happy with it and also demonstrated what he explains. Well recommended for any gas work, and a valuable number to save on your phone!

  Fixed Bathroom Leaking and Blockage.

  We have used Michael before few months back to fix our Boiler, and few minor electrical work. Left Voice email to him (after leaving few messages to local plumber with no response back). But Michael responded back in 1 Hour and confirmed that he can attend the bathroom leakage on the same day. He was at home on time, and fixed the plumbing leaking and blocking issue on same day in reasonable cost. What else one can expect from a Trader. He seems an all rounder, well experienced not only in Heating issue but also in Plumbing area. Will definitely use him again and again.
