Its not just the knowledge that everything will be done to the highest standard...as a lady of a 'certain age' now adjusting to living alone I can literally go to work with no worries and this in itself is priceless. Already have next (fifth) job lined up and I would never consider using anybody else.

  We are a multi-flat complex and have used this company for many varied decorating, building and maintenance tasks. As well as doing large-scale jobs for the Management Company (such as laying new pathways and painting all of the external balconies, facias and gables), they are constantly in demand to do private work for individual flat owners. We have always found them to be reliable and professional and their work and craftmanship is of a very high standard. They are competitively priced, hard-working and genuinely lovely people who are respectful of the environment in which they work.

  Reassure Building and Maintenance Ltd painted our porch, hall , stairway and landing. We had them on recommendation from a friend and we could see why they were so highly thought of. They were thorough in their preparation, did a great job and were extremely tidy at the end of each day. I also appreciated the communication via WhatsApp; it meant we were kept in the picture about arrival times etc. They were also nice cheerful chaps to have around! I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone and if we ever need any work doing again they would be our first choice.

• Bathroom work

  I was looking for someone to help me fix my family bathroom (after moving house). When I called last week, Reassure seemed great and booked me in for a quote at the beginning of the following week. However, they never showed up to the appointment. I came home early from work (despite not hearing from them during the day-something they said they would do) and waited for them to arrive. Both calls to them went unanswered, as well as a text message and no contact from them at all-not even an apology for missing the appointment. Very disappointed in the communication and professionalism.
