Rear and side extension
Matthew and his team worked with us from the very beginning. Matthews knowledge and experience was extremely helpful through the original planning stages to help us complete the required planning application. We were recommended to rebuild from a neighbour who only spoke highly of the work that they had completed. When choosing a local building company you always run the risk of the horror stories I’ve heard in the past. We felt extremely comfortable from the first meeting that we had found the right company to support us with this build. The work was completed to schedule and on price.

New kitchen fitted, windows in roof, remodelling to bedroom and some work in bathroom
The work was good, on time and to good standard. However, after the main work had been done and been paid for we did not hear from them. There were some minor issues with the work done that needed correcting and the key to the house returned. As of today the minor issues have not been corrected and the key not returned. We also requested additional work to be done - this was agreed to but nothing further was heard

New bathroom
Matt I've been trying to get in touch by phone and email with you about the toilet and refund for the tiles. There is also some rust in the heated towel rail. Please can you let me know when you can call around to look at these please. We are so pleased with the bathroom but would like these snags sorted out soon as it has been many months now.
