James sorted my rat problem out within two visits - another company took 6 months and didn’t actually solve the problem ! Job location: BN2James replied very promptly to my enquiry (when a bunch of other companies said No or didn't respond) and a couple of days later came to address our drain fly problem. Quickly sourced the root of the problem, addressed it and was very helpful in follow up recommendations, answering email queries several days later. Jamie carried out a loft clearance, removed rat and mice droppings and sanitised our loft, also laying rat flaps externally. In addition to this, he also sprayed and terminated a hornet’s nest. Jamie is an excellent pest controller. His care, communication and workmanship is beyond excellent and we would highly recommend his services! Given our rural location and the likelihood of more hornets, field mice et al in the future, we will definitely use Jamie and only Jamie in the future!
