Hired a skip for domestic use. Having used the company before I trusted them to use their service again. However this time was the complete opposite. Upon collection, the driver of the lorry knocked our wall causing the top corner to fall down. Initially the company were great, the drive called to notify me personally a number of times and once in contact with the office I was told that they would send someone to fix the wall. This all sounds great however this was 3 months ago and after multiple times of trying to contact them there has been radio silence. Disgusting customer service.

Hi. I have replied to your original email regarding this feedback. The MD went to her house, and tried several times to call her - there's no option to leave a voicemail. She never returned our calls, and when we didn't hear back from her we assumed she did not wish to proceed further..... we then received an email from her afew weeks later, expressing her 'disappointment' and 'disgust' , and immediately tried to call her (no answer, no option to leave voicemail). So we emailed her, and she got in touch after a couple of days. We advised that we had tried to contact her, and had been to her house etc. We reimbursed her for the damage, with a bit more - and assumed this had resolved it, as we've not heard anything since....!!!
