Friendly and professional Considerate of the surroundings when carrying rubbish. Will use again

Efficient job, all rubbish removed and very polite. Slightly late due to traffic but not a big issue

Very efficient service. I rang on Wednesday and was given a time for collection the following day. The driver arrived on time and was very helpful. He had to take the doors off the fridge to get it through the doorway. No complaints at all, he just did what was needed. Better value for money compared with other firms I tried. The driver also removed four other items as there was room on his truck.

What is very good about this service is the 2 hour time slot for arrival. Most refuse companies give a 5 hour slot which means you are hanging around. They gave me a call 45 minutes before they arrived and arrived on time. They assessed the load there and then - no need for uploading photos etc. Nice guy did the job with no fuss. I have used 2 other forms before and this was by far the easiest to use as a customer
