Radiator not getting warm
10Verified ReviewHad always had 2 radiators that never got warm in new build house. After several visits builders but a bigger radiator in and out more insulation in a wall but problem persisted. Before this winter phoned Adam , he arrived as promised was here less than an hour and diagnosed the problem straight away. Pump and Boiler on wrong settings now both radiators get piping hot like the rest of the house . Can’t recommend him enough. Finally a plumber that knows what he’s talking about.

10Verified ReviewPhoned Adam and explained the problem, he had an idea of what it might be. Booked in for 3 days later. Turned up on time with phone call before hand to say he was on his way. Took bath panel off and confirmed it was as he said the builders putting a temperature restricted device underneath the bath. Removed the device. All sorted in about ban hour. Bathroom left as tidy as he found it and bath tap runs piping hot water now . Can’t recommend highly enough.

The issue was identified and fixed quickly. We now have hot water and heating working perfectly. These will now be my go to Heating specialist for general servicing and all repairs. Thanks for a great job done!

10Verified ReviewWe had issues with our radiators not getting upto full temperature, and Adam was brilliant in getting to the bottom of the issue and reason behind this. He completed a handful of visits, always well planned, and he was great at explaining everything to us. We were so relieved when he was able to find the source of the issue and then provided us with advice on how best to fix the issue and the cost of this. I would fully recommend Red Chilli Heating, and we would certainly use again when needed.
