Excellent professional job
We have just had our bathroom replaced by Simon and the red dragon team they have done an excellent job very friendly and professional would recommend them if you want a professional job done 10/10

Poor workmanship and appalling customer service
The worst company I have ever dealt with !!! Appalling! Bathroom floor tiles lifted and cracked after 9 months and getting them back was equally fraught! They flooded my house with self levelling composite and damaged my possessions ! I will NEVER use this company again and advise anyone not to use them . They don’t employ any staff they are all subcontractors. We purchased a bathroom through Wickes who subcontract to this company … awful !!

Shoddy work
Totally appalling ! Wickes subcontract to this company ant this company sub contract out for all of their tradesman . Work is substandard and the owner only converses via messages on Watsap ! They wreck your house and when you complain the owner avoids your calls and sends rude messages

Do not choose this company
Please do not use this company ! Their work is appalling and they damaged our home and items within the house . They promise to refund/ reimburse you but you have to keep fighting to get your compensation. The work is shoddy and the attitude of the company is just appalling . Very distressing to have them in our home . We didn’t choose them , Wickes subcontract to them . I cannot stress enough how appalling they are

Professional, skilled Excellence every time with Red Dragon Home Improvements
Simon and his Red Dragon Team recently installed a new bathroom in my 1900's house. All the team from the installers to the electricians to the plumber were hugely professionally, excellent at their job and honest and engaging to communicate with. The whole job was executed with excellent timing and organisation with all parties turning up at the right time on the right day. I would not hesitate to use Red Dragon again, in fact , for all future projects , my first port of call will be Simon and his team. They are all highly skilled, honest professionals that do an excellent job.

Exceptional work.
We had our bathroom completely ripped out and a new installation, floor to ceiling. Simon was fantastic, talking us through the design which we agreed with. The work was done extremely efficiently. We would like to especially mention Andrei who worked so very hard every day he was here (and had a round trip of three hours each day). We’re delighted with the result, exceptionally neat and well-finished. Simon came to ensure that all had been done to our satisfaction, which it certainly is; in fact we will be using Red Dragon to do our kitchen, too.
