  The bathroom was in a very poor state of repair, with missing sealant, broken tiles & water damage.

  The contractor visited the property and provided a written assessment and photographic evidence of the damage, plus a scope of works, with a timeline to address the issues. Questions I asked were addressed promptly and to my satisfaction, which enable me to agree for the works to proceed, which were completed within the timeline agreed.
