The work took more time than originally scheduled. As far as I know, this was due to factors including van breakdown, and short-staffing. However, the quality and work ethos of the workmen was very high. In particular, the electrician was extremely good. They were all very hard working, kind and obliging, helpful, tidy, polite, friendly and as unobtrusive as they could be, given that they had to work in all rooms of the property, including two lofts.

Mark and his team have been excellent throughout our recent installation of a heat pump, underfloor heating and general plumbing work. They provided a very competitive quote, have been great communicators and all their work has been to a really high standard. Most reassuringly, when there have been any minor issues (as expected in such a large piece of work), they have been very quick to rectify issues without any fuss. Thoroughly recommended.

Throughout the process, I found Tony polite, punctual and very personable. At each stage, he fully explained what he was doing - I'm not very technically minded and he allowed me to make little videos as we went along. His work was eexcellent and he was also very tidy. I would definitely recommend Redfern to friends and family, if asked.

olutely outstanding ! We had a few tenant issues with gaining access to the property and the team at Redfern were patient , tolerant and understanding . Jennie in the office is brilliant . Andy , the engineer was fully committed to offering a quick , efficient service . His manner was polite and courteous . I cannot recommend Redfern more highly . They serviced our boiler , upgraded some boiler issues , refitted a shower and rectified a sink plug issue . The job was completed quickly ,but well . Andy left the place clean and tidy .Would definitely use this company again .
