On Monday evening we suddenly had a power failure in the house, we had lights, but nothing else. In the morning we managed to contact Rob at the company and he talked me through re-establishing power to some of the household sockets. There was, however, still a series of sockets malfunctioning. Luckily, his colleague, Arran, was in the vicinity and was able to attend to our emergency within the hour. He pinpointed the recalcitrant sockets quickly, fixed them expertly and in double quick time. We were exceptionally impressed with the help and standard of assistance. 100% happy. Thank you.
