These guys are by far the best flooring business In Canterbury and beyond! They were referred to me by a friend and wouldn’t use anyone else now. I initially spoke to Ruth who was super helpful with samples and pricing and made the whole process easy. I had both flooring and carpet fitted in my house and I was over the moon with the finish. Alan was extremely professional throughout, he turned up promptly and did a great job. Highly recommended

This is my 3rd time using Red Flooring. Always a Fantastic service from start to finish. Whether you visit them in the shop or call or email they will always get back to you straight away and always so helpful in helping you achieve the outcome you want. The last fitting I had, Ruth gave me some sample books to take away so that I could take my time in making sure it was exactly what I wanted. I also had to change the date of fitting and left it last minute but they were so accommodating and flexible and worked around me, customer service at its best. End result is always top class work.
