New lock fittrd

Adjustments to several doors and windows. 1 lock replacement and replacement of one double glazed window pane.
Fantastic job done. However stubborn the task Mark didn't give up until he could get a satisfactory outcome. No words really describe how brilliant he is. Job totally well done.

Patio doors jammed
A friend of mine needed urgent uPvc Patio Door locks opening after she'd jammed the locks shut. Mark arrived on time (there's a first!!) and was polite and professional. 30 minutes later and she was inside and panic over - Recommended 5*

New Door locking Strip
We chose Red Kite Locks as Mark was a retired Police officer , we wanted someone we could trust . He arrived on time and was very courteous and friendly > He made us feel very at ease . He carried out 1st class workmanship and tidied up after himself , even giving everything a wipe down once completed . Highly recommended indeed .

New lock and metal insert for pvc door
Highly recommended, excellent professional service received from Mark at Red Kite. We had a new front door look and insert fitted for a pvc front door. Mark gave us a secure temporary lock over night, whilst the part was ordered. The part was cheaper from his own supplier, compared with a local shop. Mark use to be a policeman and I felt reassured that he would be trustworthy. We will definitely use Mark/Red Kite again, when the need arises.
