Velux window fitted. Glass scratched and window so badly fitted that a breeze comes though it and it leaks. Redmac aware of the issues but despite a number of texts and messages, failed to attend to repair/replace . Concrete step poorly constructed and will have to be replaced. Redmac were meant to remove plastic cill under a bay window and repoint underneath.They untruthfully advised that this could not be done. Redmac failed to do all work paid for and did not attend to finish it.
