I used red squirrel insulation for my loft installation, also to raise the floorboards for storage space with insulation underneath the floorboards. The work was carried out by Lee West he was very knowledgeable and the work he done was excellent my loft was left, clean and tidy after completion I would highly recommend him.

We asked Lee to make our loft usable for storage after he was recommended by a couple of neighbours. The brief was to remove the very old existing insulation and replace with new insulation, to board a large area, move the loft hatch and fit a retractable ladder. Lee’s quote was quick, efficient and reasonable and his work surpassed our expectations. Removing the old insulation was a bigger job than anticipated and Lee took on the task - in the June heatwave - without ever once complaining. Lee's work was first-rate and he held to the costing and the number of days the work would take. He was considerate, clearing up at the end of each day - the loft formed part of my upstairs bedroom - and he kept me informed throughout. There were all kinds of rubbish in the loft, from bags of cement to children's toys, which he cleared and had removed for an additional charge which I had agreed. I was/am very happy with the work and the whole experience. Very happy to recommend him to others.

Lee was great to work with from start to finish. From his first visit to give us a quote we knew we could trust him, Lee is highly knowledgeable and explains things clearly. He was honest about what we did and didn’t need and was highly considerate while completing the job. We were really pleased with the end result, he really went above and beyond and left no mess when finished. We couldn’t recommend Lee enough, we will definitely be getting him back in future for other jobs, as he does lots more than insulation!

Lee was prompt, professional and courteous. The job was carried out in good time and with little disruption. He left the site neat and tidy and removed all the old insulation. Would recommend him .
