    Not a professional

    I called him to service my boiler, which had been working perfectly with no issues beforehand. After he completed the service — which was not done properly — the boiler started developing problems. The pressure kept dropping, something that had never happened before. I tried calling and messaging him several times, but he did not respond. If he were professional and honest, he would have returned to fix the issue he caused. Because of his poor workmanship, I had to call another engineer, who showed me exactly what had been done incorrectly during the service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

    New fitted tap in kitchen,

    Very pleasent young man, tidy, and true to his word ,cheaper then the quotes I had of others ,would fully recommend this gentlemen 10 out of 10

    Boiler Service

    Mr Hamza arrive on time. Serviced my boiler, checked my radiators and even fixed my tap for free!

    New boiler installation

    I forgot to add on the previous review that Hamza also installed a boiler at another property, he did this at short notice as it was an emergency, and worked over the weekend. I am a landlord and my elderly tenants were very pleased with his work, he made them feel very comfortable having him in their home.

    Gas checks and flue repositioning

    Hamza was very prompt, courteous and professional, he was easy to reach and communicate with. He took time to explain everything, and was very thorough, he left no mess behind. I would use him again.
