  Excellent service

  Got in touch with Reece for a leaky shower - even though it was a non-emergency, he replied instantly and was on site less than 30 minutes later. Issue was identified and fixed quickly (despite the kafkaesque plumbing in my house), and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Friendly and professional service, left everything clean and tidy afterwards - can't recommend highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to use again - thanks!

  Friendly and professional plumbing service

  After having issues with our heat tank, Reece was able to help us source a new one, install it, and also mitigate a few other problems with our heating system. He was extremely helpful and professional, with an eye for detail about what needed to be but, but also what could be left alone. He explained everything in ways we could understand, and helped us make informed decisions. His associates who helped install the tank were also very professional.

  An excellent job done!

  Reece replaced our ailing conventional boiler, which was a little under-powered for our house, with a higher powered system boiler. I have been very impressed by his attention to detail and thorough investigation of requirements before submitting a quotation. Nothing was left to chance. He arrived on time to start the job and worked cleanly and efficiently until completion. He was friendly and communicative. All in all, an excellent job done!

  Kitchen Tap Replaced

  Fantastic five star service from Reece. Called him about replacing a kitchen tap, gave me an estimate of costs over the phone pending sending him some photos of the pipe work. Confirmed the quote no hidden extras and arrived promptly when he said he would. Completed the job, cleaned up after himself and was very friendly and polite. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber and heating engineer.

  Replace unvented water cylinder

  Reece is a great plumber. Extremely personable, skilled and efficient. Communication was brilliant, whether in person or via quick responses to my queries on WhatApp. It was refreshing that Reece identified where things DIDN’T need to be replaced, as well as explaining the best way forward for what did need updating. Reece is very punctual and super tidy with his work. The job was completed to an extremely high standard; I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
