Leak tracing in bathroom
Messaged on the app after finishing work at 11pm and finding a note from downstairs neighbour saying my bathroom was leaking into theirs - Reece replied immediately saying he was free the next day and the charge for the first hour which I always appreciate. He arrived early, and made a really thorough inspection with camera to trace the leak. Very friendly and very thorough! Unknown pipe leak in kitchen ceiling
Reece had to find leak in ceiling. A previous plumber had no luck and left the job. Reece not only found the leak but put right what the previous plumber had left in a mess. He was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. He is also very reliable which is fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. leaking toilet , presumed was a seal somewhere , told me a price before arriving so no shocks
very friendly, arrived on time found other problems with bolts in toilet which were fixed and everything tightened checked multiple times before leaving that it was sorted made me aware that another part would be needed seeing to eventually but is ok for now highly recommendedJob location: LL31RMARK I
