  Boiler replacement

  Austin was very quick to respond following my call and helped us get heating working temporarily, offered options for longer term solutions and was again quick to sort out the materials for the boiler replacement I chose to go with. He also worked a long day to make sure it was finished despite some complications, would happily recommend him.

  Replacement boiler

  Austin was helpful, efficient and prompt in assisting us when our boiler stopped working. He offered us clear options and costings regarding repairing or replacing our old boiler. Austin was quick to come back to us and install our new boiler, his work is of a high quality and he was friendly and helpful throughout the process. He cleared up well after completing the job and left us clear instructions.

  New boiler fitted

  Reeds provides a personable, honest and expert service. It was the company that was able to do the work we needed soonest, which was critical in this case as we were without heat or hot water. It was also the company that gave us the most in-depth advice and made an effort throughout to meet our requirements. Reeds is professional, communicative and knowledgeable.   Replace boiler

  We had some work carried out where we needed a new boiler as ours wasn't sufficient enough for our house. The communication was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. The work was carried out thoroughly and completed quicker than expected. Austin was courteous, friendly and incredibly hard working. I would happily use Reeds plumbing and heating again.

  New boiler and hot water cylinder installed and previous items removed

  Austin was absolutely brilliant. He came to take a look at the job, and although we have quite a complex set up, he reassured me that what I was going for was possible, and advised on the best way to go about it. He was super friendly and knowledgable too. The work was done completely painlessly and it looks so much smarter now. Our new heating and hot water is much easier to control and look after, and he thought carefully about how to make sure it works for us in the long term. Super happy to recommend him and his work.
