We are deeply disappointed by Reeds Plumbing and Property Maintenance. During their time at the property, the contracted tradespeople did not deliver on work agreed or within timescale. The work was abandoned after only 12 working days (decided unilaterally by this business) with only wallpaper stripped and no new fittings/furnishing done. As such we are in dispute with this company.

On July 17th, 2024, Warren left our project half-finished after receiving 75% (£7,250) of total project cost. We paid him £4,000 for this, despite confirming on May 31st that he had placed the order. This two-week project stretched to five, involving him removing our working bathroom and leaving us with an unusable shell of a room. Warren's poor communication and lack of resolution means we are looking for someone else to complete the job. We’re devastated, have lost thousands and have no bathroom and no bathroom equipment

Warren came out very quickly and repaired our downstairs toilet for the price quoted. He is a very friendly chap, and even put up with me distracting him. Many thanks, would use again and will recommend him to others.

This company are absolutely spot on. From the minute I made contact desperate for help to find a water leak under the floor in our flat. They not only found the leak very quickly they then repaired all damage to the flat which was extensive. I cannot rate them highly enough.

Warren was prompt friendly and professional and took great care whilst working in our home and explaining every step of our bathroom installation. Extremely happy with service and have recommended to friends and family
