We are so pleased with our new wooden flooring. Ross was extremely helpful every step of the way. This included helping us look through the options, provided a range of samples and working around us when it came to fitting. The finish is immaculate and we couldn’t be happier!

We recently completed a house extension measuring 18m2. The floor was not levelled to the existing lounge and the well respected company who did the extension refused to take accountability for the level of their extension-built being lower. After using Checkatrade we came across Ross from ReFlooring. He came in, assessed the job and was confident with his recommended approach to levelling and installing laminate across 41m2. With 3 kids in the house and complete removal of furniture, Ross and his team completed the work in 1 day! Amazing. We will recommend to anyone we know!

Ross and his team did both the downstairs (full herringbone LVT) and upstairs (carpet) of my recently renovated house. Ross was useful throughout the whole process, providing recommendations for designs and patterns and then quickly installing in a high quality fashion. They did a fantastic job all around.

From start to finish, the service received was excellent. Ross accommodated everything that we needed from initial measuring visit, the date and time that suited us and the visit itself with the moving of furniture and the clean up afterwards. Ross and his team were absolutely excellent, quick and reliable communication. Ross came round to measure and quote for fitting and supplying new carpet. His quote was easily laid out so we could see the cost of different options of carpet. He gave honest opinion with regards to pricing and quality.
