Lee came & gave me a quote on my insurance companies instructions. I was given the go ahead to book Lee from my insurers. Excellent communication from start to finish. Keeping me updated all the way through as we were in alternative accommodation while work was carried out. Did everything I asked of them & more. Finding & fixing a problem that my insurance companies track & trace team missed which would have been problematic in the future for myself if it hadn't been put right. Would highly recommend for any work, going on what they did in my home.

I contacted lee to fit my front room flooring as a fitter let me down, he came out the next day and laid the flooring for me - brilliant job! Thank you

We have had Refresh for several household jobs now. They have fitted new doors and floors. Installed a chimney breast extension and fire And most recently we have had a full bathroom renovation As always lee and team are great, very professional, tidy and keep you informed of work. Are flexible where possible for change during the work. Very very happy with our new bathroom.

Lee was amazing. From the ideas I had in my head I thought I knew what I wanted but Lee gave his advice and blew it my ideas out of the water. He knows what he’s doing and knows what works best. His attention to detail in his work is amazing, I really couldn’t have asked for a better job to be done. He was easy to communicate, kept a tidy work space and was so polite. I highly recommend

Very disappointed. On the surface the kitchen looked really good when it was completed. However, afterwards I discovered how poor the standard of work really was. I was left with a kitchen that had unsafe electrics, an extractor and washer I couldn’t use, plinths not fitted correctly and other smaller kitchen fitting issues. Lee was responsive at first and came back to put things right. They were still not rectified and Lee’s behaviour became unprofessional. He has refused to give a refund to cover the cost of getting the job done properly and I’m left with a sub standard kitchen. Devastating.
