    Extension and new kitchen

    I hired refresh to construct a one story extension and create a kitchen dinner and downstairs toilet. I wanted someone to project manage it all for and was really taken on the idea of a fixed maximum price. Sergio took me through the whole process from all the planning through to completion. I am really pleased with the result. It is a really high quality job and everything was finished off before project closure. Even though there were some complications along the way refresh honoured the fixed price. Highly recommend.

    2 bathrooms renovated and new kitchen/extension

    Sergio and Christian were both professional and efficient. We had 2 projects successfully completed and only the pandemic was to blame for the 2nd one overrunning. The standard and detail was exemplary and we would thoroughly recommend.

    Very pleased with the final results. Few niggles but all fixed upon request. We are engaging them again for a rear extension so yes we recommend!

    Double-Storey Side House Extension

    We have used Sergio and Refresh Renovations to complete our ambitious project of almost doubling the size of previously 2-bedroom room house. We have been impressed as the work started rapidly and went smoothly without any of our inputs and minimal disruptions. We believe and verified independently that the structural work including foundations, brick work, roof, and timber had been done to high standard. Sergio and the team were flexible and fair in accepting and consulting any changes, and also very smart in resolving unexpected obstacles. The work completed as originally planned.
