We had initial consultation with Suraj. He was very clear over the phone, arranged appointment, arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. He also sent a reminder a day before of the appointment. He followed exactly what we discussed face to face, on an email. He explained the process very clearly and throughly. He showed as 3D design to explain his work. We were happy overall with his service.

This was loft conversion in detached house and making good for the whole property...refresh renovations did a great job on this, they planned the project very professionally and quality of workmanship is also very high...I wouldn’t hesitate to recommended them to anyone looking to get property renovation

I am really impressed how this renovation company operates......they kept in the driving seat through out the renovation and constantly gavev feedback ......they even gave me online portal which has update of every little thing happening in the kitchen with the pictures...
