Please avoid using Refrigeration Breakdown Services
I have to give Patrick and his assistant a very poor review. RBS have given terrible service and communication has been worse. We had a broken wire in our Samsung Fridge Freezer. Patrick and his mate were in and out in minutes and more keen to get my £80 than fix the issue. We eventually paid more money to someone else to get the wire fixed which took about ten minutes. We had messaged Patrick to get him to return to fix the issue. He insisted that the issue couldn't be fixed and the fridge door alarm buzzer should be removed which Samsung said would be damaging to the fridge. Please avoid.

Amateurs!
Had high hopes but they were amateurs! In and out in 5 mins and cut into a pipe so as soon as I turned the fridge on gas smoked out. Yes it wasn't working but now worse! Paid £60 for 5 mins to make the fridge worse! I should do a YT video so others know what to expect. The old guy told the younger guy to cut into the pipe, I heard! Amateurs!

American style fridge freezer break down
Wow what a service I called Pat up this morning and by dinner time the two guys turned up to repair my fridge freezer . I was asked a coupe of questions about it and with in ten mins tops they had diagnosed the problem and within a hour or so they had it working perfectly.. i have to say thank you because for me to replace it would have cost me well over £1000 pound so thanks chaps for saving me a good thousand plus pounds . great service would recommend their company to anyone who needs any type of fridge freezer repairs Regards Mick Dawes

Contacted RBS by email with query about leaking fridge freezer. They promptly called me back , giving some good advice with offer of follow up if not successful.
