    Poor customer service

    Arranged a quote appointment, he advised me that he would text when he was on his way as he wasn't sure what time it would be. No call or text received that day, or since. It has been over a month since quote day. Surely the basics are communicating with customers?? No business will survive if they can't even be bothered to turn up to quotes or call the customer to rearrange.
