Repaired and refurbished front, rear and ridge tiles and guttering of my 4 bedroomed detached house (with integral garage)in a good thorough and workmanlike manner. Patrick and his team worked hard, cheerfully and efficiently over two full days using scaffolding to minimise risk, always keeping me advised of the extent quality and cost of the materials needed to complete the job. I could not be more satisfied with the result.

Pat had an efficient hard working focused crew. Polite and no swearing, shouting or music booming from the rooftops. Cleaned up after. A very neat job. Thank you 😊

After contacting several company's. To come and fix a leak on my flat roof. I wasn't having any joy as all the previous company's couldn't solve the problem- then I came across Regancy roofing and spoke to pat, after a friendly conversation he came around assessed the roof and found the problem he then gave me quote for work to be carried out which I was very pleased with and would definitely recommend pat and his team job well done.

The tiles are alright but they cannot work around the chimney, they made a mess around the chimney and that why it still leaks. When it rains it runs down the chimney breast. I wouldn't advise anyone to choose him, he's the worst tradesman I have ever had. I got a quote from a local roofer who advised they could do the same job for around £4000-£5000.
