  New Kitchen, Bathroom and decorate throughout property.

  Mo turned up and gutted the flat as it was very tired, new kitchen and bathroom were fitted and the quality is 10/10 all other rooms were re-plastered as the walls were very scabby and all woodwork was replaced. Laminate flooring was fitted into the bedroom and living area, the kitchen and bathroom had non slip tiles put down. He had all the electrics checked and a new boiler was fitted as the old one was so old and inefficient, and new radiators fitted throughout the property. I am over the moon with the quality! And have absolutely nothing to complain about.

  New kitchen fitted and 2 rooms made into one.

  Regency building listened to our ideas, discussed budgets and gave us different options. They were very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout. It took a little longer than expected but this was due to many unforeseen issues that occurred and also a few changes we made along the way. The work was reasonably priced and of high standard. We love our new kitchen and living space.

  Fitted new kitchen, partial garage conversion to create utility and WC

  The work was carried out to a very high standard and we are delighted with the result. This job was carried out as part of a larger remodelling job (reviewed separately on July 30th), which has completely transformed our downstairs. We also requested some additional work in our existing conservatory (plastering, levelling and laying new floor) and some rendering to the front of our house. Overall the job took a lot longer than we expected, but we are very pleased with the result.

  Kitchen-diner remodel and removal of internal walls

  Excellent standard of workmanship which has completely transformed the room. Mo made some really good layout suggestions which we are glad we went with. He also uncovered and rectified a number of pre-existing problems which he put right for us which is why the cost was above the original quote. Highly recommended!

  Replace bathroom with wet room.

  Very professional job. Was kept informed of progress at all times. Attention to detail was impressive. Trustworthy, happy to leave house keys when we were not there.
