    Jake and Chris were fantastic from beginning to end. Unlike many builders nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed throughout the project. And they kept everything running to the times quoted. Jake was especially helpful and courteous throughout. A 30 square meter single story extension. With sky lantern, bi-fold doors, french doors and picture Window built from foundations up, looks amazing.

    I am impressed and happy to recommend Regency Construction Ltd. for a number of reasons I consider important .The work was carried out efficiently in the time agreed and to a high standard. Jake arrived at the agreed time, was courteous throughout and kept me informed of decisions on the spot. The most impressive was that he was willing to support me with the appropriate advice on my product choice. And as I needed to have the work completed before a certain date, he accommodated that request even though it meant working weekends.

    Chris and his team has done a fantastic job fixing the leak we had above the bay windows. We had a new roof and led put in by other builders two years ago which didn’t fix the leak therefore was very pleased that Chris had an overall solution. Work was carried out by Nigel who was very nice and efficient and worked very clean considering there was a lot of mess involved with cutting the bricks, they even covered our shed next to the house so it wouldn’t get dusty. We can’t recommend Chris and his team enough!
