Absolutely fantastic team. My wife and I are so happy with the final product. Not only was the finish great but the whole experience was a pressure. No stress and great communication from Shaun and team. Kept us informed and up to date with every step of the project. He talked us through lots of different options and finishes and made sure we got exactly what we asked for. They also kept the garden and the outside of the house very tidy which was great as we have kids. They always made sure everything was safe at the end of the day. Thanks again for all your hard work.

The work completed by Shaun and his tradesmen was first class. Very professional and project managed to a very high standard of quality. He kept me up-dated during course of construction and was a continuous source of practicle advice. Well done Shaun and the boys. Will definitely be using you again!!!

I highly recommend Shaun and his team from Regency Garden Room’s. I wanted a summer house at the bottom of my Garden, and did a lot of research on who to use. I am so glad I choose Shaun, as we now have a Garden Room that far exceeded my expectations. If you need a Garden room then you won’t be disappointed with Regency Garden Rooms.

Shaun built a pretty large garden room with a living roof for us in 2020, as well as a raised deck area with underneath storage. Nothing was too much trouble for Shaun and he was always completely dependable and did what he said he would. We are really pleased with the project and will definitely use Shaun again for other work
