Repairs to existing roof and gutter repairs
Regency Roofing came to do various repairs over the existing roof. We also ended up requesting repairs to the guttering while they were there. Really very happy with how the team worked, very professional work was carried out quickly but efficiently and very importantly left everything clean and tidy! Great job guys thank you! Replacement of fascias, soffits and guttering.
Paul and his team did an amazing job, replacing our very tired old fascias, soffits and gutters for new uPVC. Our house has gone from the scruffiest in the road to the smartest and we are so pleased with the result. Paul and his team were skilled, polite and considerate and left our property clean and tidy. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

This company did my roof, now my gutters are leaking. Paul Webb was the main guy, who took the full payment from me . I have all the proof of the payment. Now he blocked my number . I will take to court soon. I urge everyone to stay away from this company. I believe still there are so many good companies in this line, who are honest and trustworthy.

Quoted works were commenced and completed March 2022, the customer being fully satisfied with the result, full payment was received. My staff were courteous, the site was always left clean and tidy. However, when the rendering was completed and the scaffolding removed, I was contacted by the customer, informed of 2 leaks which I happily returned to rectify personally despite this being a result of bad workmanship of other contractors where the guttering had been disturbed. 8.3.23 the customer contacted me regarding 2 leaks and ‘gave me 2 weeks to respond’. I was away at the time due to a bereavement and on return 1 week later, he had given this review to my astonishment. Regarding porch works that ‘were not completed’, these works were never quoted for. I have been in the trade for 45 years with an impeccable reputation and have never come across such personal and company defamation. Anyone wanting to read genuine reviews of my work, please find over 60 published on Checkatrade.
