DO NOT USE THESE SCUMS
My grandad paid them 8 thousand pounds for some roofing work to be done, they sent some random lads to do the work, once the work was done these random guys waited to be paid for a few hours by this company, after not receiving payment these random lads went back up on the roof and started smashing the roof up and slinging tiles off the roof, my nan and grandad were petrified, the police were called...the company then sent out some other random lads to re do the job which now hasn't been done properly and they have left the scaffolding up and all the rubbish on the main road outside the houseVerified reviewerJob location: CV109.75 Emergency Roofing Service

Gully repair had dam tgat became leak.

Roof repair
Alan fromRegency Roofing & Park Homes, arrived promptly and once upon roof he facetimed me to show damage to laths and felt, price agreed £1150.00 (was £1450)as I was at work I was unable to view any work being carried out, no evidence of work being done, was at my property for around 1 1/2 hours (son at home). I asked about invoice and guarantee and was told once work completed and paid for i would receive email receipt and guarantee. Roof replacement on domestic side building and passage
Verbal quote accepted by my elderly parents. Cash requested to purchase materials & again as the job progressed & handed over. Cost then trebled when an issue not noticed in original assessment surfaced. Cash handed over, final job is poor standard, way overpriced, 2.5 days for £13k, no wall flashing to plastic panels, just siliconed, no invoice or itemised costs, no written guarantee. Several leaks, no response to requests to remedy it. No day or hourly rate given by this firm, just an arbitary figure for costs, no itemised breakdown. Parents deeply unhappy now.
