• Guttering and downpipe replaced, some repointing

  Three men arrived promptly at my house, replaced the front guttering, moving the joints with the adjoining property, plus they replaced the downpipe. The junctions on the downpipe were screwed to prevent them moving apart in future. There was water damage to part of the front wall of my house, so one man repointed the brick work. They were extremely efficient, polite throughout and cleared every bit of debris caused by the job. Everything looks great. Waiting for a good downpour now, but not expecting any issues. I was told to contact them immediately if any problems.

• Roof Tile Repairs

• Removed a chimney and made good the roof

  We had issues with water coming in at roof level, down or around a chimney. Based on previous works we had carried out by Regency Roofing they came and inspected the roof. Found that the ridge concrete between the tiles had broken away and mastic had been used to seal between the lead and brickwork. Was given a range of options and costs and decided to have the chimney removed as a lot cheaper than other quotes for the same work. Also solved an issue with the roof tiles at no extra cost while carrying out the work.

• Replacement of failing guttering on old cottage
