  Side roof/new tiles soffits and facias

  Scaffold was up for almost 3 weeks before job was started. Was told the job had been done on day 1. I had another builder check the job, he said the soffits and facias weren’t done. Broken tiles had been fitted. My neighbour said the whole time, the boys were on the phone being told step by step what to do. Gaps left so they had to return to fill with cement. Had to ask them to return to pick up the hundreds of nails left in mine and neighbours garden. Still hasn’t finished the job, still needs mastic applied. James does not keep a diary, so wouldn’t turn up when he said he would. Feel let down

  On flat roof-Due to roof leakage-Replaced whole roof by fitting the 3 later of felt system.

  After the work was finished at above date, in January 2019 with heavy rain fall started linking again. This was worse then before I also sent him pictures of the damaged ceiling in the hallway and bedroom. Week after he came to seal all the joints but still wasn't successful. Months after months we been chasing him to solve this problem. After so many text messages been sent and never responded back. On 16th Dec.2019 I wrote a letter and turned up to check but didn't carry any work. Problem still not solved.

  Leak fixed in roof

  Repair leak on rear extension flat roof

  Second time I’ve used these guys, first was a re felt my front porch last year, now doing the rear extension, lovely guys and very professional, well done keep up the good work, communication and overall workmanship was 100%.

  Fitted new valleys to our roof

  James was excellent - completed the with ahead of schedule leaving everything neat and tidy. I would definitely use James again for any roofing work.
