  Patched a hole in the kitchen ceiling, new floor, replastered and painted following water damage.

  Working with Reinstate made the whole process so much easier. Instead of having a constant back and forth with the insurance company following water damage which resulted in a whole in the kitchen ceiling, I made phone call and from there Andrew and the team took over and did everything on my behalf. They kept me updated the whole way through, worked with the insurance company to reach an appropriate settlement and schedule of works and organised all of the work. From start to finish, it made the whole experience so much easier. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

  Track and trace leak in pipework in downstairs living room/bathroom wall

  Plumber came in to do the track and trace for the leak which involved cutting out several sections of plasterboard. When issues found and resolved plasterer then replaced the plasterboard and plastered over. Decorator then came in to carry out remedial decorating. Work done to a professional standard. Once tradesmen arranged all arrived at the designated time. No mess left. Remedial work had to wait a little while so completed in about a month because of holidays/current COVID situation.

  Asbestos Removal and Screed applied to Living space floor

  After being flooded we found ourselves in need of asbestos tile removal and consequential repairs to floor Initially contacted by Andy to do floor screed however when he visited he spoke about he range of his service and helped us negotiate with loss adjuster so we could have whole job done by his firm - This allowed us to get the whole job done in two days instead of the longer and more more complex process that the adjuster seemed to want. On the day the jobs - including moving and replacing all the furniture went like clockwork - All people involved were wonderful

  Master bedroom remodelled after leak damage

  After initially being told by a loss adjuster that the damage to my property from a water leak would result in a claim of no more than £400 I disagreed and recruited the services of Andrew from Reinstate. He agreed with my assessment and guided me through the process to challenge the initial sum. Which I successfully did and the master bedroom is now fully restored and looks exceptional thanks to Andy. You couldn't ask for a better guide to the murky world of getting your insurance company to pay up for all the years of premiums you put in.

  Rooms redecorated after water damage

  Concept dealt with the insurance company as well to get the best claim for me so I only had to choose paint and wallpaper. Kept informed every step of the way. Highly recommend.
