  Replacing 2x internal doors

Good comms on checkatrade. Called him to confirm details and courteous. Friendly & chatty. Hung two doors one bathroom, and one bedroom. Well hung and cut nicely. Will be requesting further interest for remaining doors Thanks!

  Kitchen Flooring

After speaking with Reiss on the phone and in person prior to the work being done, discussing in very good detail about different types of flooring there are and which would be most suitable and cost efficient, he laid some flooring for me in my kitchen. The care he put into the work was impeccable and I couldn’t be happier with how it looks! Very polite, friendly, and spoke me through everything that he was planning to do Thank you!

  Creaking staircase

I was disappointed with the work carried out. Some personal belongings including childrens things were damaged by the adhesive in the process of our staircase creaking being corrected due to not being informed of the risks. It then became an all day job due to the mess and inconvenience caused.

  Response from Reiss Sawdy

Unfortunately there was a few items that came in contact with the adhesive which was completely accidental and I accepted liability for as well as replacing items you said were immediate and offering cash or a discount on the job, however £150 was withheld from the job after already replacing a car seat for £40 worth of damage, the time taken on the job also had nothing to do with clearing up as I had to wait for the adhesive on the stairs to dry, sometimes mistakes do happen and unfortunately this was one of them times but the issue was resolved and the work was completed to a high standard

  Internal door fittings

Reiss came to fit 4 internal doors for us over two occasions. The first being a last minute request from our side and he was super accommodating and had it organised same day. Communication has been straight forward and the doors look great. Would recommend

  Fitted Internal Door

Good clear communication and time explanation. Fair price quoted. Once door was fitted we asked if it could be adjusted slightly. No problem at all and quickly done. Very happy with fitting. Thank you

  Replacing internal doorss

Reiss was easy to communicate with from the outset. He gave me a price and stuck to it. 6 x internal doors were removed, and replaced with new and no damage to the fixtures/fittings that we have just had decorated. He was prompt when arriving at the job, gave great advice throughout, and I am delighted with the end product. I will definitely be using him again in the future.
