Quick to respond to initial enquiry. Invited to view but said pictures I sent through were enough. The quote was expensive so I expected an excellent job, which was promised. George did not send me terms of business. The day the work was completed there was no hot water from the shower and the valve was hanging off the wall. Came back and fixed but sealant not cleaned off properly, new sealant was badly finished. Told not to expect miracles. While I was waiting written reply on warranty, threatened me with legal action if I did not pay in 5 days. He had given me the wrong bank details.

George is always reliable and visited quite quickly to top-up the pressure on my gas boiler. I have used George in the past to renovate a 2-bedroom flat and he continues to be conscientious, thorough and reasonably priced.

George was responsive when I called and made clear plans to attend and quote. Started the job as agreed and carried out the work competently and promptly. Removed and replaced all bathroom fittings and installed new seperate shower.

RAS attended promptly and established the problem quickly. Following a search for an obsolete replacement part, plumber ended up stripping down and rebuilding the part. All reinstalled and working perfectly. Great all round service. Charges were reasonable and job was completed promptly, with minimal disruption or mess.

This is the second occasion that Reliable Assured Services have conducted a Gas Safety Inspection at my property. I must say that they are professional, reliable and timely. I will definitely continue to use their services in the future and recommend to others this trusted business.
